The key to enjoying sex is to conduct yourself with proper self-respect. Don't get plastered and end up in bed with some ugly guy or gal from a party. Make sure your partner is attractive so you won't feel embarassed about it the next morning. Also, don't feel that you have to have sex with your ex-boy/girlfriend... or soon to be ex-boy/girlfriend. If they don't inspire lust, don't fuck them.
Every man and woman has a right to sex with a person with proper hygiene skills and a face free of massive acne scars. You take care of yourself. You don't need to boff somebody who doesn't.
If you don't take care of yourself, you should really start. A little bit of looks can go a long way. But, don't be obsessive about your appearance. That's a turn off for a lot of people as well.
