In order to advance in anything we need to be a bit different and original. We need to find our own way of standing out and getting people's attention. Satanism is not about being a shy little wallflower and letting the world whiz past us.
Beauty has been done, done, and over done. It's been done so much that it's not even beautiful anymore. This is one reason Jesus, God, Angels, and Heaven are completely useless too us. They hold nothing of merit for spiritual advancement.
Spirituality and enlightenment are not about relaxation. It's about giving a damn about yourself, your life, your soul, and your state of mind. It's about being proactive. Proactivity requires that we get ourselves dirty, look bad, fuck up, make big mistakes, and look ugly. Nothing lots beautiful when it's doing through transformations and upheavals. We need to learn to see the beauty in this ugliness so we stop avoid life and enlightenment and whatever else we believe is going to make more of us.
The devil is ugly. I am talking about the images associated with hell. I'm talking about figures distorted in pain. I'm talking about murdered babies, cripples, midgets, deformed people, scars with pus oozing out of them. These are very real things in life and we have got to deal with them. Not be afraid of this shit. This is why we worship Satan. We need to get comfortable with the state of reality, and not pretend things are ideal.
We should be continuously revisiting things we found ugly in the past. We should be asking ourselves if we actually do hate spinach or brussels sprouts. How do we know when we haven't eaten them in 5 years?
Never go with the obvious. Never go with Jesus. Never go the conventional route. Experiment. Try it and see. Try new ideas. Search for the beauty in things. Look at things in a different light.
In this way, worship Satan for all he is worth.
